What I want from an insurer

Received quality and friendly service from Gugulethu Khumalo. She made cancelling the policy easy. The only reason I cancelled was because I sold my car as I’m emigrating.

I also received good service from Discovery as a whole throughout my policy - the claims process was very easy through the app. All I want from an insurer is an easy claims process and a human who picks up the phone when I have a query - Discovery ticked those boxes.
