What a pleasure!

I had very pleasant, if unexpected, experience with Discovery Insure. I happened to comment on a topic on twitter and mentioned how annoyed I was that my claim had not been approved and cheekily tagged Discovery on that tweet not expecting a response (to be fair the original consultant that handled that claim had been incredibly helpful in explaining why the claim hadn't been approved). A day later I received a call from Theo Makhine at Discovery Insure, he was well acquainted with all my details and explained very patiently why the claim had been declined, consistent with the original explanation. He then managed to sell me the appropriate. cover that would avoid a similar disappointment in future, frankly this is cover I need and was will be happily paying. Well done Theo and Discovery, I feel very valued as a client today.
