What a pathetic service
i called Discovery on 19th to follow up on the progress of my Claim Natasha was suppose to send the driver to collect the original car reg docs 3 weeks ago when i called to ask her why they haven't done that she started speaking to me with a very nasty attitude and she told me to hold on for over 10 munites and i eventually hanged up without getting the feedback i have know ..claim number Claim No: ***
