What a joke! (Lie)
Sold a lie! You will receive 300 points for being claim free for 3 years. Oops we forgot to tell you that it has to be 3 years with Discovery. Ok where does it say this? In our terms and conditions. No, in fact it says you have to be claim free for 3 years. Nowhere is the word Discovery mentioned. Oh btw it is our discretion.

01 Sept 2023, 15:50Where exactly (wording) in the brochure and terms and conditions does it explicitly specify (word for word) you have to be claim free for 3 years with Discovery. It only says 3 years claim free. But nowhere does it say it has to be with Discovery. I will be forwarding my concerns to the ombudsman as I am not satisfied with your response.
