What a joke!

I have had your system in my car for 18 months. <br> <br> Not once in those 18 months have you been able to track my car and tell me where it is. Further to that your so called rewards program is a farce since you cannot even track it. To fuel to the fire, I have had a technician come out and try fix the issue, he said it worked and it still does not as evidenced by your emails with zero tracking info on the DQ rewards. Then just the cherry on top, your social media and client liaison are utterly useless, by providing me with generic answers and no actual assistance. When I call in to track my vehicle you find my old vehicle from 2010, what an absolute joke. I cannot wait to upgrade my services to a provider that actually cares!
