What a disappointment.

Had issues with the repair of my vehicle after an accident. Reported the issue to discovery 3 weeks ago and got a email saying they would be in contact with me. Three weeks and nothing. . . My car feels unsafe to drive and the repair shop just shrugs it off as nothing. . .
