What a disappointmen...
What a disappointment, you pay double the premium and would expect atleast a good service, had a faulty gatemotor(10yrs+ old) and was to old to fix, now they come with different clauses that doesnt cover wear and tear( white rust on the pc board) , but 3 years ago it was oky when my other gate motor gearbox packed up, takes 2 weeks just to get a answer from the assesor, tried to get hold of a team leader and they always in meetings whith promises to call back to prove me wrong and yet disappointed ☹️, will move my bank account aswell, if the premium each month was lower you would expect such service.
