What a difference - Dealing with Discovery Insure!!

It gives me great pleasure to write this review about the service of Discovery Insure and in particular Fezzy Ndumela, Emelio Mokgethi and Vanessa Naidoo / Padayachee. I recently had the unpleasant experience of "donating" my vehicle to "affirmative shopping". It was taken from my place of work, in daylight, from inside a security area, with manned security entry / exit. After the initial shock and "unbelief" I immediately phoned Discovery Insure to inform them of the incident. Fezzy happened to be on the other side of the conversation. She calmed me down, managed to somehow get all the necessary info form me, and explained to me what steps I need to take / follow to get the ball rolling quickly. She then set everything in motion and kept me up to speed with regular phone calls on the progress from their side. What felt like an eternity, but in real time was actually only about 20 min Fezzy phoned me with the good news - they got my car back. They tracked it, gave chase and the driver apparently lost control of my car and collided with another vehicle. Even better news - got my Wallet back with all cards and driver license - Deon Fouche handled this part with outstanding professionalism - just lost my house keys, which was a major point of concern. Discovery arranged for a locksmith to come out to my house (after hrs nogal) and I got all my locks and remotes changed the very same day. Vanessa has been an absolute star as well - offering a rental vehicle, and taking on the daunting task to get my vehicle released from the police impound. She promised to handle all arrangements with the assessment and the repair of the vehicle. I must say - dealing with Discovery Insure has turned a seriously unpleasant incident into a bearable experience.
