What a bad insurance

I thought they were great, until I had a claim. I took in my car for repairs in May 2023 and only got it back in July 2023. I stayed for more than 2 months without a car. Updates were given sometimes and if I would ask a question, I would not get a response. I have never seen such! The panel beaters were so unprofessional and the work they did on my can was so bad, when I went to fetch it the first time. I then insisted to get an inspector out to see the work they have done. I don’t know how they choose these panel beaters. I could only get my car the third time I went there. Getting the inspector to assess the work was also a mission. What a nightmare! I eventually took my car but it still not 100%, the boot fittings are not done properly, and the paint work is not smooth. I feel like I took my car to a street panel beater and yet I pay over R1100.00 of insurance each month. When I informed them that i wanted to cancel the insurance, they told me that they’ll redo the work to my satisfaction, I should give them a second chance. No one has contacted me even now it’s been 3 weeks already! What a bad service they give, I wouldn’t advise anyone to take their insurance!
