WELL DONE SIFISO

I have a vehicle insurance policy with Discovery Insure. On 2 occasions, when I needed to claim, I had super service from a gentleman called Sifiso Khumalo.<br> <br> I had been given confirmation of 2 other people in his department who would handle my claim, however it had been a nightmare trying to get a hold of them. On both occasions, Sifiso helped me and never once said that I was not his assigned client.<br> <br> Yesterday as well, even though he had was in for a half day, he ensured that my courtesy vehicle was sorted out - I could not get a hold of the person assigned to my case.<br> <br> THANK YOU SIFISO. You have renewed my faith in service delivery by your company.<br>
