Have you ever regretted calling to a call centre? i normally do as people act like you disturbing them that they are doing you a favor and if they dont have an answer for you its your fault. I have the total opposite reaction when i speak to Nomazizi Mnini " My Noma" like i like to call her. she is so full of energy always eager to help makes you forget about any problems in your day, she is like a cool breeze on a hot day. i am always smiling and satisfied when i get of that phone with her.
