Not once did i have to phone her to follow up, each time she promised to phone me back, she did and arranged the replacement of my damaged phone seamlessly and with such a great attitude, always friendly and i would actually hear her smile when she was talking to me.. makes me a very proud Discovery Insure client.</p>
