Well done Discovery!

Just had a phone call from Karabo to look at extending my motor vehicle plan, normally the worst kind of phone call one can get, but he was hands down one of the best salespeople and customer engagement / problem solvers I have every come across - well done Discovery for having such well trained and well-chosen staff, that was a great user-experience!
