My name is gert Hartzenberg ( policy number ********** 785). I am one off a million customers who would like to convey my appreciation for assisting me with my insurance claim. The person to thank is Amina Timms who has delt with my claim due to a burst geyser. I only saw the problem on Saterday, 03 November 2018, and reported it to Discovery. Amina persevered with my claim, given the fact that it was late Saterday afternoon and in my area it is very difficult to find any willing plumbers, and by Sunday evening at 20:30 it was replaced.
