Well done Dionne Stevens on excellent client service

Recently I have experienced some bad service from a person at Discovery insure in the claims department but after phoning in I was privileged to speak to Dionne Stevens. Not only was she extremely friendly, she sorted out 3 of my issues in one short call. she was also very sympathetic when I described my bad ordeal with the other claims person. she restored my faith and trust in discovery insure. she should be giving training to other people in her division on how to treat customers and brokers fairly.
