Wedding ring not covered but on the policy doc

I have received a rejection letter dated September, 07 2015 sent by Toko Junior Morakile. The Manager Natasha Badenhorst referred me to the plan guide which became effective on September 01,2014. Per her email sent to me dated September 2015, she mentioned that \we do not keep old plan guides we use only new and update plan guides they are updated on our website and that is where we draw them from". The plan guide was not effective at the time of taking the cover for my wedding ring.<br> <br> Per the rejection letter"
