WEB ASSIST

Yesterday at about 16:30 I could not log in with my password, and then phoned for assistance. Teks helped me almost instantly and I could log in. Then I had another problem with the web site as it did not respond to the data I entered, I phoned again and Teks went through the steps with me. Unfortunately he could not solve the problem immediately, but told me that he would call back as soon as he had it sorted out. Within a few minutes (approximately 5 - 10 min), he called back and everything was sorted. I am very happy with his service and telephone manner is also very good.
