We want your money, but we will not pay claims!!

I experienced a huge theft from a guy by the name of Jorn Gornitska who was house sitting for me while I was away. Discovery have put my claim on an endless hold, stating that they are waiting for Jorn to be arrested. The police have done nothing and Jorn is in and out of his house every day. Discovery is treating me as the victim of this crime as though I am somehow personally responsible for bringing Jorn to justice and tracking down and reclaiming my own items. Vincent Manaka from Discovery expects me to get written statements from police on how they do not do their job before he will proceed. It's been 5 Months and Discovery have done ZERO to assist.
