We promise you this, but give you nothing!

Since July, I cannot believe that Discovery cannot resolve their technical glitch regarding the Surprise Rewards. I as the customer have been promised numerous feedback dates from Discovery, only never to be contacted. I have to email and phone discovery to out what is the status after they failed to get back to me on their promised dates. Today i have been informed that when Discovery resolves it, they will phone me. I am not sure if Discovery is hoping that this falls off the wagon and customer finally gives up and forget about it, a general South African tactic, playing with the customers emotions and good will. Just we just play fair.
