Water pipe burst brilliantly handled

Water Leak nightmare !!! We discovered a leaking water pipe under our tiled garage floor. Our water bill had sky-rocketed. We called Discovery Insure who sent a rep to come tomour home to check things out. From the minute he arrived, he took control. He called in a preferred plumber, who gave us a thorough explanation of the work required, and within a day we had a quote and Discovery approval to go ahead with the repair. Everything ran smoothly, the plumber was professional, neat and efficient. We have been very happy with the experience overall. What started out as a nightmare was handled incredibly well by Grayson at Discovery and we are very happy clients. Thanks all!!
