Wasting my time

Wanted to get a quote on my new vehicle last week, Discovery was quick to phone me back to get all the details but then it had to go to underwriting because of the value of the car, and STILL waiting to hear back from discovery, <br> <br> Not even with discovery and already not impressed, <br> So what is taking so long???
