Waste of time

<p>I considered moving to Discovery Insure. I used the online function for them to call me back. I was very impressed with the initial response where a consultant phoned me back within 5 min. Unfortunatly i could not speak at the time and asked them to phone me back at a more suitable time [to which they agreed]. I never recieved a call again. I then used the cal back function again on their website - 4 times. No response.</p> <p> </p> <p>I phoned them. Speaking on the phone for an hour and 15 minutes to get a quote. I said I will discuss the premium with my wife and get back the next day. When i phoned again the premium was +-15 % higher than given the previous day because he [Dumisani] ommited to give some crucial information.</p> <p> </p> <p>Definitly a waste of time dealing with them.</p>
