Warranty Claims don't get resolved horrible service

I'm incredibly disappointed with this company and your poor service with warranty claim. I have a client that claimed 3 months ago and their claim as not gone anywhere we call. I'm daily. To get told you are waiting for net assess report yet the client keeps paying monthly premiums for horrible service, warranty claims is a total fail you your management have been unhelpful in the matter I would never encourage people to join this company
