<p>I phoned in to request a proof of insurance letter from Discovery in order to faciliate the release of my new vehicle from the car dealership. Walter assisted me quickly and with great efficiency all round. We updated my policy as required and within minutes the necessary docuemtion had been forwarded to the dealership. Thank you very much Walter for your help! It has always been a pleasure dealing with Discovery, and this experience was reinforced again today. </p>
