WAKE up Discovery Insure

Since 26 June 2020 we are waiting to get our car claim sorted. They assigned a panel beater 700km away and we just cannot get them to change that. Meanwhile, we're driving a smashed car around. Their 086 landline does not work and the agent's direct number is unanswered. I realize times are hard, but not even response to email. Working from home is the same as working from work guys!! Email still works exactly the same.
