Waiting on communication

RE: Registered claim - WJ, Nel ***. 3rd party waiting on communication from discovery insure. I submitted the documents requested . It's been over 35 days since the accident. We have a case number and still waiting. I'm glad that my insurance is not this slow. Please update my claim and communicate with me. I will then review my rating and comments.
