Waiting forever for Discovery Insure - Delays, delays, delays

I am extremely frustrated by the level of service I have received from Discovery Insure.

I lodged my vehicle insurance claim over 1 month ago and the matter is still not resolved.

Meanwhile I am driving a car that is still not repaired.

Its's unacceptable that i am paying monthly premiums for this kind of service.
