Waiting for call recording
i have been waiting for a call recording since friday and i have to call every day hetn i get out on hold and the call cuts or i wait 20 min on hold and the matter still dos not get resolved

05 Nov 2020, 11:49 i was told that the recording will be mailed to me when i spoke to another agent i was told that she is mailing it to me now and i need to check my mail i checked not to find anything after phoning again i spoke to a manager and he told me that they do not have any confirmation of the call regarding the email was sent and now it has to be couriered to me as the file is to big to be mailed so now we will have to wait again
