Waiting another 6 months for a better premium

Now I have to wait another 6 months to hear if I can get a cheaper premium to pay every month and for what? Doesn't sound like great service. I'm paying to much!! And to think I have insurance and health and vitality products if Discovery!! I'm not happy. Forced to for better, cheaper services!!
