Discovery Insure realized that their device which measure good driving points were not picking up any info from people who has Samsung A33 phones, from about 11 July 2023.

NO trips from 29 July to 12 August 2023 of mine were registered, trips started to show again from 13 August.

Discovery says a decision was taken NOT to award all the points lost due to uncovered trips, although this is of NO fault of any user, purely a system issue.

Discovery, in my view, is just bullying their policy holders, one cannot speak to a Team Leader etc because calls are conveniently cut off before you can speak to someone senior.

Discovery awards average points if there is a "no" driving day, they can use the same basis to award points from 29 July to 12 August 2023.

I am waiting for a SENIOR person at Discovery to call me to resolve this, surely there are principles like fairness and ethical behavior?????????????
