Vitality driving the bar too high

Discovery has made a claim on their vitality drive points tracker website that ''You can now get to Diamond Vitality Drive status in any month, regardless of how long you have been on Vitality Drive or whether you've been claim free. You need to earn 2,500 to 3,000 Vitality Drive points in any month to get to and maintain your Diamond status." This statement has no disclaimer specifying which tracking units this applies to. I have a standalone tracking unit with 0 claims free years and after adding the maximum points that I can achieve in all of the categories, it does not qualify me for diamond status with 2400 points, making this statement on their website false. After a month of addressing this with discovery and receiving acknowledgement from call center representatives who have made false promises that this will be rectified, I am in a situation where I receive the same, repetitive email responses. The latest of which , as a typical example, I was told "We advise that to achieve Diamond status you need to be claims free on the standalone device" - a contradictory statement to their website

To add to this frustration, I have requested their assistance in getting the correct tracker unit fitted to achieve the necessary points needed to get to diamond status, where I was told to go to Tyger Wheel and Tyre to get the system fitted, but they will not fit a tracker unit, as I already have an alternative one fitted , so, yes and then no in the same breath. After raising the question per email again, the request for how I can go about achieving this, it was completely dismissed by the next person that decided to respond to my email for the day by regurgitating the same standard response.

This whole experience is rather disappointing and being a full discovery client with items in all of their portfolios, if this is the level of expertise and seriousness that they are willing to show me as a relatively young client, I am strongly considering taking my business elsewhere
