Vitality Drive Unfair Deductions
Do NOT join Discovery Insure and think you are going to earn lots of money back on Vitality Drive. They find ways to deduct point, and their ultimate favorite being 'Uncovered Trip'. Don't even bother phoning them to ask and tell you why the trip wasn't covered as you did NOT switch of the Bluetooth on you cell. Total waist of time and energy!

Just another example of how bad your service is.
FYI: The random uncovered trip deduction of 30 daily point is going to prevent me from getting to gold AGAIN this month. Just like the 3 months prior as well. You are surely making an effort to prevent clients from receiving some cash back!!
