Vitality Drive Rewards not redeemable on the last day....?

<p>On more that one occasion we have redeemed our drive rewards on the date that is shows to it is set to expire and as soon as the request is made it shows that the voucher has already expired. Contacting Discovery this was the answer we received. </p> <p>"Please be advised that Vitality drive active rewards are valid for 14 days from the date they are issued on and cannot be redeemed on the date they expire on."</p> <p> </p> <p>This makes no sense to me the reward is valid to the last day but don't try to request it on the last day.....? This was not always the case.</p> <p>As we have to drive more than we 16km for the closest redeeming partner it does not make sense to redeem the voucher before hand as on multiple occasions the system is down and the reward can't be redeemed. It does not seems fair does it...</p> <p> </p>
