Vitality Drive Monitoring is Innacurate

Discovery's Vitality Drive monitoring system is a farce. When trying to achieve drive goals, trips are reset without any explanation and many of the driving scores are totally incorrect. eg. my h**** acceleration score is always 0, yet I never ever ever accelerate harshly. The consultants say the tracking device is not faulty, yet they haven't physically checked it. When i drive my daughter's car, I get full points, including for harsh acceleration, so why on my car do I fail??? Discovery cannot explain where and why my trips goals get reset. If I am driving badly, then explain what I did wrong and where it happened so that I can improve. Another complaint is that I cannot speak to the telematic people directly, it's always through a 3rd party. It takes a lot of patience to keep phoning Discovery to follow up. Why are senior supervisors not available to handle queries????
