Vitality drive just a **** does not exist

Is been full * weeks that I’ve calling Discovery almost everyday to sort out the insure and vitality drive where my goal drive is not activated on my side even though I’m paying for it. Everyday is a different story with others telling me the issue has been resolved and others telling me I’ll be manually rewarded but nothing has happened.

With such a big company you’ll expect the web support to be knowing their story as I’m sure this is not the first time they get this type of query, I regret taking insurance with them as there’s nothing better they are just like the rest, if vitality and the rest of Discovery can’t solve this what will happen if I have to claim? How many times will I have to call them?

Rather refund me my vitality drive fee as I’m not benefiting anything, useless. **********, I am beyond disgusted, being calling them daily and holding for ** minutes and more still without help. Get your acts together
