Vitality drive is a mess

The introduction of Vitality drive 2.0 has been a nightmare, I'm now a poor driver because the system is malfunctioning. As a result, I suffer financially because I get low points, which means low cashback. I've reported this on 12th August (***) and the consulted claimed to have resolved the issue even though they've not. I've been sending emails back and forth with screenshots, they keep escalating but nothing gets resolved. Discovery can't seem to fix the problem and they are forcing me to pay for Vitality drive even though it's not working properly.
