Vitality Drive Frustration

I added Vitality Drive to my car insurance Premium but now I don't see the benefits because their App has not been working correctly for the past 2 months and I have not managed to get support after many emails. I requested that they cancel the Vitality Drive, now I'm being told my Premium will go up because I'm removing Vitality which I was never told when I first signed up.

Current Premium is R649.19 Plus Vitality R63.00 Total is R714.21

New quote is R729 without Vitality Drive.
