Vitality Drive failure

Discovery keeps penalising me on Vitality Drive for speeding which minimises my monthly cashback. This makes their cover much more expensive than other quotations I got. They have the speed limits on the route of my daily commute to office wrong. My average speed is 100kph on a national road with limit of 120kph.

I started sending mails and made telephone calls since November last year. Every time I'm told that it is a third party and it will be corrected.

Now 11 months later it still isn't corrected and "apologies for this" and "we will contact you" is promised with no follow up.

My premium has increased but my cashback still doesn't warrant my loyalty.
