Vitality Drive - DQ Track never a pleasant experience dealing with them.

My self and my wife have on multiple occasions had Discovery Vitality Drive trips reset on a specific road as the tracker shows us as driving on the on ramp while we are already driving on the highway. The specific road also have in the Northern direction a speed limit of a 100km/h correct on DQ Track also a 100km/h. However driving on the same road south it is marked as 80km/h on DQ Track. Informing DQ Track of this you are informed that you are put on sum sort of a list that does not reset your driving distance or count as a speeding event on that road.(That also seems to only be for a specific period of time) This has been the case on about 3 roads my wife drive on a regular basis. DQ Track does not correct the speed limits on these road. Asking what needs to be done to get it fixed we were informed to park the car with the tracker next to the speed sign and take a picture showing the speed sign and the car numberplate and the image needs to have geo info in the photos meta data. So I as a customer reporting a error on the speed limit I am told to go and stop on a small road next to the sign and snap a pic. That sound super safe, maybe DQ Tracker hopes you get highjacked and they then have something to do!?! Who knows? I reported a error on Monday and was told that I will receive feedback with in two days. Thursday I call and then get the impression that I am interrupting the call center agent with my very stupid and inconvenient call to followup on the matter. He then informs me that it takes 5-7 days for feedback. Now my question to Discovery is - How many of my trips and my wife's trips have incorrectly reset not to mention all the other drivers with Vitality Drive? I pay for the Vitality Drive benefit, am I really getting what I pay for? Driving on a small regional road in the middel of nowhere and absolutely now Speed Signs next to the road the speed will go from 80km/h to 60km/h on DQ Track giving me a speeding event. Thus I am clearly to blame as I, not knowing the road had to have known that there is a change in the speed limit..... That Speeding event brings down my overall Vitality Dive Score and resets my weekly goals. Maybe you should give as a device that shows the speed you are driving and what you are allowed to drive to give us your customers a fair chance.
