Vitality Drive Braking Events

The Vitality Drive is extremely inaccurate and not near what was explained to me. 1) Wife was penalized for moderate braking IN THE GARAGE. She literally has to stop and wait for the door to open so she can't pull into the garage at any type of speed. 2) I have people jumping stop streets which leads to me having to break a bit harder to avoid accidents and I then get penalized. 3) Look at the monthly allowance of 300 points for not driving. You only get 300 when you drive 149km's or less. I don't even know pensioners that drive only 300km per month. There almost everyone looses again.

How is it that emergency braking is part of your K.53 to avoid accidents and damage to vehicles but when you are awake and you break and avoid accidents then you get penalized for being awake and responding properly. There are so many ways to better handle breaking events but it seems that penalizing clients is the main goal. I live in SA and where we are, there are potholes and if we're lucky only 10% of the speed bumps are properly marked. Heaven forbid you have to break to avoid hitting one or you loose money.

Moral of the story here is that Discovery would rather you submit a claim for an accident before you brake to avoid an accident so just drive into people and rush over red traffic lights or you loose points/money.
