Vitality Drive a huge disgrace and so much for yearly increase

<p>So I joined discover insure a year ago....ever since I have been struggling to get my tag; fuel; app and points to be corrected but have been failing a while year....they have a very *********** manager by the name of Ofentse as she was supposed to come back to me a month ago and I am still waiting; do u really want to tell me between my driving; my petrol and all; my access finder can only have R394 for a while year; Discovery has got another thing coming.....then I receive a email that they increasing my premium with a whole R300 due to my yearly increase and I only had a claim of my car being keyed which was not my fault at all...if I still had an accident which was my fault different story....so disgusted in them...seriously considering looking for another insurance</p>
