Vitality Drive

I have been at discovery insure since 1st of August and installed DQ tracker before my policy started. Not once have I received a reward or a goal on Vitality Drive, I've been calling a few times and they claimed that I will play the board the Wednesday of 2 weeks ago and still nothing and I have been calling again and again, after using all of my monthly minutes on them... still nothing happened. There is literally nothing happening on my Vitality drive as it still states that I need to request a quote..
