Discovery insure claims to reward good driving. Unfortunately, there are roads with incorrect speed limits on their system. As a result, I am penalised for speeding when this is not the case. Numerous queries and complaints have resulted in a half-baked manual solution that no longer works. As these rewards are financially based, Discovery Insure is probably guilty of *****. I wonder how many more drivers are being **********ly penalised because Discovery Insure cannot be bothered to correct their own system. Previously, I was penalised as the tracker on my profile was reporting on a driver in another province who was convinced that he is a racing driver. It only took 6 months and much correspondence to resolve this issue.
