Very very disappointed

I am very disappointed with discovery insure, i don't know why am i still loving this company cos is not helping me whenever i need help, first it was discovery health now its discovery insure and next will be discovery invest i tell.

I was involved in a accident in September 2019, and my claim was rejected by the so called Melandry, her reason no 1: was my vehicle was not roadworthy dew to tyres threads were not legal and i was instructed by them to take my car to Tiger wheel and tyres which they say is their speciality on inspecting the roadworthyness of the car but my inspection report said everything was 100% the sad part is that tyres is their speciality they work with tyres day in day out when i claim they say my car was not roadworthy this simply means they were putting my life in danger all they cared for was to deduct my money as i was paying higher premiums.

Their reason no 2: they say i was drinking unders the influence of alcohol which they don't have any single evidance of me consuming alcohol, the investigating lady used alcohol against me as was kindly talking to her as i told her that i had less than 6 dumpies at my uncle's house the previous day only, i decided to sleep there than driving over night cos it was a busy weekend to avoid accidents on the road as it was very busy on the roads, i went to sleep then in the morning i was driving back to my place the accident happened.

And till today im still stuck i lost a lot of money by not attending my clients because of not having a car all this was so not fair to me as i believed and trusted in Discovery that in days like this i will get excellent as much as i am a responsible person this really hurts me and it affected allot of people negatively, i never believed that i was rejected as honest as i was to them and myself.
