VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER

Good Day. After phoning Halcyon East London on Tuesday morning regarding my geyser that burst Monday night round 9pm. As they are my providers for my Discovery Insurance. Thinking it will all go smooth as it's my 1st time claiming since I got this insurance for about 5years. Yes never missed any payments etc even through lockdown. What a nightmare it turned out to be. Still today I'm still awaiting there plumber to come out to our assistance. I have phoned a plumber myself on Tuesday morning to come and give me a quote . I have send the two quotations through to them as I wanted to see if I can replace it with a solar geyser etc. After Sharifa at Halcyon contacted me yesterday and explaining to me the outcome we have come to a agreement. Progresive Plumbers was appointed and I had to pay a R1000 excess. Happy with it to get it all sorted as I'm in desperate to have my geyser sorted out. WELL WELL to get a message today that a crazy amount is paid into my account from Discovery Insurance. After seeing that and phoning Halcyon they phoned Discovery Insurance and trying to sort the situation.To come with a solutions once it clears in my bank I must transfer it back all at my cost and then they will appoint a plumber and correct the situation once they receive it back in there account. So to get to the point NO BUT NO PLUMBER was appointed just a lie to me saying they have appointed a plumber and then still all this. Thank you Discovery Insurance but I will be cancelling my insurance with you guys and will never recommend you to any person. First time claimer and this is how you treat us but we pay our premiums on time. NB: THEN STILL LYING AND SAY THEY PHONED CLIENT . THREE DAYS WITHOUT HOT WATER .......Very disappointed in your service. Then to claim it all my CCTV system also got damaged and they told me were to take it to get quote etc. And then I still have to pay these people to check it out and give me a report on top of all that happened .
