Very very disappointed
I was involved in a car accident on the 6th of December, my car was towed away and I have no idea where it is at the moment. The only feedback I’ve received consist of two messages, one on the 6th of December and the other on the 11th of December to notify me that my car has been booked for an assessment. I notified discovery to contact me via email but to date I have not received any feedback after the 11th of December. I have no idea where my car is or what’s happening.

30 Dec 2019, 12:37Appreciate your reply. I spoke to a consultant this morning @08:00 after I had to call and ask for feedback. The feedback I received was that my car is still at the original yard that they towed it to on 6 December, nothing has been done.
It was booked for an assessment but that also hasn’t been done... My consultant that was assigned to me hasn’t made contact once... not even replying to emails.
24 days later and my car is exactly where it was taken to the night of the accident.
