Very very bad service

Since your reply on the 23rd of February on my complain about the bad service that we are reserving from discovery incure we are still waiting for a response from you to let me know when and where and how I can take my car in for repairs to a pannel beater that has the capacity to do the repairs and by your poor quality of service the car is getting more damaged every day now can you please assist me with this problem today you are a big company and yet this is the service I have been receiving from you as the customer and every time we phone to follow up with you there is a new story and excuse why it isn't prossesed yet
