Very unsatisfied

I have an existing policy and called in. Spoke to a Lerato Sebiloane on 31 May 2023 as I wanted to amend my policy. I have 3 vehicles on the policy and he removed a vehicle and to date I am still waiting for a call from him after emailing and leaving messages for him to rectify the mistake.
