Very slow / no Moment of Claim
Why is the paperwork on your side, taking forever to sort out, Discovery Insure? Almost 6 months has passed since one of your Clients sc****d my hire-car!!!!

I await a speedy settlement & closure of this low-value claim, and for which was not my fault, otherwise I will approach the ombudsman & the Discovery CEO to get some action on this very frustratingly slow claims process, for which I have to constantly spend time on chasing it up.
