Very poor service

Even after numerous complaints about the car being in an un-drivable condition, again on Friday Renew-it once again instead of loading the car onto a trailer they decided to drive it again for over 20km knowing very well that the rear suspension is damaged the brake disk is damaged. The car was being poorly driven as indicated by car-track.

@Lebo Mokgato and her manager Amina continue to ignore my calls at discovery when I call in and ask for them. They are either in meetings or on lunch or busy with something else. They do not return my calls after leaving messages for them to call me back.

The service I'm getting from renew-it and discovery is not very good.

Why would my car be driven in such a condition with poor braking and in excessive speeds in 60km zones
